Laundromat
What are your hours?
We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Last wash is at 9:00 p.m.
Do you have large machines?
Yes we do. We have 60 and 80 pound machines that can wash large items like sleeping bags and comforters.
Are you attended?
Yes, there is someone on hand to help between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are a card store. Our machines take the Laundroworks card.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with us any time between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you need to drop off or pick up later then that call for an appointment.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use Tide, Gain, All, All Free & Clear, and Downy. You can select 7th Generation for $1.00 upgrade and Oxi-Clean and Bounce are an additional $.50.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of 20 pounds.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
We will have your laundry ready in 24 hours. You will receive a text message when your laundry is done.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday - Friday for our residential customers.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
Your clothes will be returned to you in 24 hours. If you have a pickup on a Friday, you will get your laundry back on Monday.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is 20 pounds.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like any online service you will be asked to enter a credit card. The card will not be charged until your laundry is weighed and finished. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend that you put your laundry in a drawstring laundry bag or garbage bag.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
